How to organise a birthday party at Aqua Golf:
1. There are eight picnic tables underneath our covered area. Any party can choose one of three time slots. They are:
2. The BBQ's at Aqua Golf are free to use for parties. Please make sure you tell us if you would like to use the BBQ, so we can make sure it is ready for you on your day.
3. Bookings are to reserve a specified number of picnic tables for your use, underneath our covered area. Please be aware more than one group maybe using the undercover area at the same time.
4. If another party is booked for the next time slot, please vacate your tables by the end of your nominated time slot. However, if there are no other parties booked after your time slot, you are welcome to continue using the tables. Our staff can let you know on the day.
5. We suggest that you take into account party set-up times when deciding when to invite your friends. An example: if you book a 1 to 4 pm timeslot, why not ask friends to come down at 1.30pm. This ensures that any prior parties have left the area and you have had sufficient time to set up.
6. Aqua Golf does not reserve hitting bays. However, we do have 44 hitting bays with people coming and going all the time. Finding a mat is never a problem.
